Hi guys, kindly give me an answer to this because it's been happening to our property.
A pair of guests checked in today but I couldn't find their reservation on our PMS, I even searched for the reservation numbers still nothing.
Yet, both of them confirmed that the stay is currently active, therefore, we were obliged to accommodate the guests. There was an option where they could be relocated, but we would shoulder the relocation cost. I then just decided to honor the original reservation bill, which the guest and the travel agency agreed upon prior to the day of arrival.
Whose end is the problem and how can we fix it?
