Would a hotel in the UK or Europe hire an American?
Post Body

Hello. I currently work as a front desk agent for a large international hotel chain in the US. I've been desiring the experience of living abroad. I would love to live in either the UK or the Netherlands. Moving to Europe is quite a complex and competitive process though. I don't have any family or spousal ties to the EU or the UK. My current role is considered entry-level, so I don't think I would qualify for visa sponsorship. Any ideas on how I could possibly make this happen? I was considering a student visa, though I don't think you can work on a student visa. Thanks.
