Question for the GMs

I run a venture-backed air freshener / fragrance company. I’m looking to start partnering with hotels to offer unique, bespoke scents (similar to those you’d buy through ScentAir).
We sell odor elimination spray cans / plug-ins in a range of custom scents.
Any advice on who to approach who makes purchasing decisions for air care supplies / utilities? Do GMs make the decisions or should I be reaching out to other hotel staff?
