Opposite of a DNR list?
Post Body

The mods on Tales from the Front Desk kindly pointed me over here after this post gained some traction there but, of course, wasn’t quite the right page. Anyone else experienced this or know the hotel side of it?

There’s this gorgeous independent hotel in the city I stay at a couple of times a year for the last 4 years. In that first year it was a fair few more due to work but I wouldn’t say I’m a super regular.

For the last few years whenever I’ve been I seem to get over and above service, comp. Drinks to my room; free upgrades from basic room to top tier suite (£££ difference in price) without asking that I don’t realise til I enter my room; things taken off the invoice (knowingly - a wink and a glint in the eye across the desk).

I would love to know - unless it’s super top secret - is there some sort of opposite to the ‘Do Not Accommodate’ list, a possibility there’s a note on my file that says ‘be super nice to this guy?’

I’m not a celebrity; not super rich. I am just a nice guy.
