Is my split and exercises that I do any good or am I wasting my time?
Post Body

Okay so, i’ve been back at the gym for a month after being injured for the last 8 months or so, and i’m actually taking it seriously this time trying to gain as much muscle as possible. I just wanted to know if my split is any good and if the individual exercises i do in each session are optimal for growth. As of right now I go gym 4 days a week and this is my current split

Chest and triceps: Incline dumbbell press 4 sets of 12,8,5,15 High to low cable chest flies 4x8-12 Low to high cable chest flies 4x8-12 Tricep pushdown 4x8-12 Overhead Tricep Extension 4x8-12

Back and biceps: Rear delt flies 4x12 Lat pull-down 4x8-12 Seated Cable Row 4x8-12 Single arm cable lat pullover 3x8-12 Face pulls 4x8-12 Incline bicep curls 4x6-10 Preacher curls 4x6-10 Hammer curls 4x6-10

Legs and Shoulders: Leg Press 4x8 Leg extension 4x12-15 Leg curls 4x8-12 Hip adductors 4x8-12 Cable Lateral raises 4x8-12 Shoulder press 4x8-12 Cross body rear delt extensions 4x12

Full body: Squat 4x10 BB Bench Press 4x10 Deadlift 4x8 Assisted pull-ups 4x12 BB bicep curls 4x8-12 Tricep pushdown 4x12 Plank for however long i can

Any advice would be great as i’m really trying to be as optimal as possible and want to know if there’s any better alternatives for the exercises i’m doing or if my volumes too high/low
