Okay, so I have a pretty strange and oddly worded question, particularly for bottoms, but bare with me.

I absolutely adore butt stuff and regularly fantasize about anal sex. However, when I do, I get this weird sensation deep inside my butt and it almost feels like my prostate is swelling up like a balloon. Maybe it's not my prostate but it feels like it's in the same general area, and it's as though it becomes incredibly sensitive, starts growing and begins pulsating as soon as I think of having sex with men.
