I think my reddit is cockblocking me

I am a member of a lot of gay sub reddits and as expected I will see a lot of NSFW content on my feed. But a lot of times reddit is changing my settings making me unable to view any NSFW contents. I've rreid fixing it on the website on a desktop but it still keep going on after it got fixed. Any suggestions?
