I guess Grindr has some sort of spam filter, however shitty as it might be. I made fun of the spam messages, in particular the "nsacock.com" ones and had that string in my message. A second later I was banned.
Worst part is that I also can't access the email address associated with the account. Gmail is notoriously difficult to recover passwords from (maybe I'll go back to yahoo 🤣). So the account is a goner, nudes and all.
TL;DR: don't spread misinformation about the Grindr spambots or you'll be deplatformed.
