Sorry if the topic's a bit icky but I'm looking for advice on the best methods for cleaning out oneself prior to analplay or sex.

So far things have been okay and fairly clean when using my dildo, I make sure to prepare myself prior to analplay, but I recently bought an anal douche for a more thorough cleaning.

I'm no stranger to enemas but I've found that when I give myself them I'm going back and forth between the bathroom for a few hours before I feel like I'm completely empty. The problem is I don't really know how much is too much or how much is too little. My new anal douche can hold up to 460ml.

During this time I also get pretty bad cramps and it's generally an uncomfortable experience. In fact, I often feel even more unclean by the time all the water has come out and feel like I need another shower.

Would be interested to know how other guys do it and any techniques you have to ensure a nice, quick and satisfying clean. Am I just not pumping enough water up there?
