So like you ask corporations like McDonald’s or burger king, whatever, to put money forth to these homeless communities and you pitch them the idea like “If homeless people start staying here they have to work at your businesses as well as pay half their paychecks to you as rent,”
The incentive is they’re making money off the sales as well as labor and if you get multiple corporations in one community then what they have to put forth isn’t very much, just a little from each
And the way out for the homeless people is that when they feel ready they can maybe switch over to an actual rent by leaving that job and pursuing something else high paying, and it’ll be like a reward for wanting to be a productive member of society again
So they can either stay there and continue to pay the corporation rent or they can move on once they’re ready to something else
And maybe you can have services to help them build credit, open bank accounts, just incentives for everyone
But that’s definitely a form a slavery right there so not the best idea, right?
