Bruised booty hole.

My bull and I had pretty rough sex Sunday night. My doctor says the pain I'm still feeling is from heavy bruising.
Has anyone ever experienced this, and if so how did you treat it?
I know I can't have sex for like 2 weeks, but is there anything I can do to releave the pain?
