When does it end? I am currently in DC because I needed to get out of my city for a bit. I lost quite a bit of muscle mass over the pandemic, and I have never loathed my body more. Except, I loathed even when I was in "better" shape. When does it end? What has to happen for one to be at peace with oneself?
