So recently I (23) had a pretty humorous conversation with a significantly older man (42) on Grindr.

He was looking for a younger man to take care of him financially and in return he will be in a monogamous sexual relationship with them? I'm not too sure because I was obviously not interested and the conversation never progressed. If you are wondering whether this man is attractive, the answer is a solid no (even though I do appreciate well kept older men, of which he was not).

I'm not going to use this post to rag on the guy, he seemed to be pretty desperate from our interaction and I'm sure he's going through his own troubles. I am just curious what this type of arrangement/relationship is called and whether anybody has had interactions or experiences similar to this, because this is brand new to me.
