Looking at myself in the mirror

Post Body

I posted here about two weeks ago. I’ve been doing well. Sticking to my new diet for the most part and walking almost daily and have even started jogging a bit as well. Working my way up to strength training. Several times these past two weeks, however, I’ve found myself feeling really bad especially right before I shower and see my body in the mirror. I know it’s only been two weeks but when I catch myself in the mirror I get stuck in a rut where I just keep telling myself how fat and disgusting I look and I don’t feel I’m doing enough. These moments cause me a great deal of distress and I make me feel like giving up. So far I’ve been able to overcome these inclinations. Any advice on dealing with these moments?
