I don’t want to douche anymore for multiple reasons, I want to take pure for men or something similar Like psyllium husk. and was wondering how does it work. Do you take it throughout the day and you’re clean? Does it make you poop more? How long before sex do you need to take it? Bottoms who don’t douche what’s your routine?
