Gonorrhea or chlamydia while in a long term relationship?

my boyfriend and i have been in a monogamous relationship for the past 4 years. after about a month of dating he had shown symptoms of stis. we both went in, and turns out it was chlamydia and gonorrhea. we were both treated, however it was not my first time catching it.

recently i started having discharge come out of my penis and have sore testicles. i am now worried that it’s either chlamydia or gonorrhea. is it possible that the treatment didn’t work for me and that it’s been dormant for all this time? i have never cheated, and i know for a fact that he hasn’t cheated ever. taking into consideration that i have a history of catching both of them, im now worried that i haven’t fully recovered. i went in for a full panel and it all came back negative, but the symptoms persist. i went in earlier for another test which came back negative again but this time they took a swab of my urethra. how do i go about this is if it comes back positive for something?
