Ever since I (31 M) made some friends with other gaybros, I’ve been distancing myself from my str8 bros. I have yet to explicitly “come out” to them (except one). I still love them but I’m still working on getting comfortable with my sexuality and not feeling ashamed about it in a heteronormative world. Obviously I’ve grown to just feel more comfortable in my skin around my gay friends and frequent gay spaces and parties with them.

But I don’t want to abandon my str8 friends. For now I curious if anyone is in a similar situation or has been and can tell me about their experience and process of overcoming or even if you never did and ended up just exclusively hanging out with your gay friends.
