My partner and I broke up for a few months last January and in the interim he was definitely having sex with someone else. I had to find out by catching him rather than him not telling me the truth when I asked.

Regardless we got back together after counseling. Shortly after I found his prep and doxypep pills in a drawer. I assumed he would be on that since he was having sex outside the relationship but my trust was still shaky so I counted the doxypep pills since we were back together and not going to have sex outside the relationship.

Fast forward to today and I found his doxypep bottle and counted the pills and there are now 6 doxypep pills from the 34 pills that were there in May. We have only had oral sex 6 times in that time period.

I assume he is cheating on me again. If I confront him he is going to turn this on me and how I don’t trust him and violated him by snooping and counting which I do feel bad about and understand yet isn’t it clear he is taking them? I feel like he is going to try to convince me he lost some or I miscounted or he took them for another reason. He’s very good at word salad.
