Me (28M) and my boyfriend (27M) have been in a long-distance relationship for almost 2 years.
He usually talks to me for 5 minutes a day, and then goes back to what he's doing. He's taken accountability for past behaviors that scarred me, and wants to repair our relationship. (He's also renovating his house)
This morning, he asked me, "Can i have your attention right now babes? 👀 I wanna tell ya something."
What could this "something" be? My first thought - whenever a man says "Can we talk?" - is, he's dumping me or he's still cheating. But I won't know, because immediately after he said that, he left and we haven't spoken all day (he sent me that message and left).
The last time he posed that question, a few months ago, he kept deflecting. I had to ask him 5 times, over a 1 month period of time, before he answered. I hope it's not happening again.
