Is androsexuality considered problematic?

Since the dawn of time people bash on masc4masc gays, consider them problematic, and tell them that they should like femininity in men. Well thatā€™s not what I think I am so I donā€™t care for that discourse.

What I identify with is androsexuality. I like masculinity, not necessarily just men. Iā€™m attracted to masculine men and masculine women. It just so happens that the masculine women I meet are lesbians. I was really into my high school girlfriend, she wasnā€™t a tomboy (think Kristen Stewart in twilight but with big boobs) but had a very masculine personality, we broke up when she came out as a lesbian. And so I basically only hookup with guys now.

But very often the guys attracted to me are more feminine which is such a turn off but if I say thatā€™s why I donā€™t wanna date or hookup with someone Iā€™m told i have internalized homophobia, etc.

What do you guys think? Should I just tell people ā€œIā€™m androsexual, let me like what I likeā€ or should I just get used to hearing the same BS people tell masc4masc guys?
