My FWB that I've been talking to for 6 months now maybe over.....

For context me (19) and this guy were gonna name him E. (20)Have been talking for half a year now he's also a line men so he's busy traveling the US.

Today I brought up to him how my supervisor and I got into it this week I over her bad attitude and he basically said that it was dumb for me to confront her about it

My lesbian supervisor (mid 40's) for some reason has been directing her rage at me and one other worker for 2 whole damn weeks for absolutely no reason we went from laughing and me being her favorite hard worker to her just basically being pissy for two weeks straight and crazy thing is i don't even socialize when I'm working I mind the business that pays me and works also I work at a pharmaceutical company.

I work hard too all I want is for everyone to laugh and have a good day so every now and then when we go to break id do something funny that makes them laugh

But basically, I told E. How she was treating and told him I found out from workers on different shifts this isn't her first time doing it and that they've reported her years ago but she quit before action could be taken and came back to the job asking for her position Abt 7 years ago and ig now she's back to doing it???

I try to avoid her but she finds things to say about me even if it has nothing to do with me like how are you gonna shame me for what someone else is doing just leave me alone not to mention when I'm overwhelmed with work she insults my work ethic then walks off instead of helping aggravating but I take a deep breathe and work faster

But basically after telling E. He says that I'm dumb for thinking to confront her and igs was mad at me because he didn't text me for the rest of the day and in all honesty if he dumps me then I don't care I'ma probably just become a hoe after cause I do love my job and it does pay my bills and college tuition but I've also been looking at another job out of town Abt two hours away it's night shift as well and pays more

But my main questions is am I just in the wrong for deciding to speak to my supervisor Abt her behavior or is E. Just being a douche

And of course I kinda don't wanna leave my job but at the same time my mother raised me to respect everyone I meet but not to take any form of bullshit Soo if I just need to not say anything and just leave that's cool too

And do you think E. Is uninterested in me now like if he is that's fine I'll move on but also will be slightly annoyed

On Monday I'll decide whether to confront or take her to her or just leave it alone and quit and yes other workers are thinking to quit as well
