So, back in late 2020 I met this Brazilian guy on a trip to Colombia. We exchanged Skype info, and we have been video chatting, texting, and talking for 4 years and getting to know each other. Last year I casually asked him why he hasn’t tried to get a tourist visa to come to the United States, he said that he was sure that the visa was going to be denied. For a few months a tried to get him to get himself an appointment at the US embassy, I finally convinced him and he got one this past February. He was there for less than an hour and his tourist visa was approved.

He has been traveling all day, he has already taken 2 flights, a 3 hour flight, then a 7:30 hour flight. Now his flight to get to Atlanta leaves tonight at 8 and he will be landing here at 10. I am so happy and excited to see him again, and I was thinking that I should receive him with flowers, or should I get him something else? Please let me know
