I’m in my golden years and and I’ve noticed something baffling: a lot of guys act like kissing and making out is somehow “high school,” as if enjoying it makes you childish. But here’s the thing what’s really childish is judging people for finding meaning and connection in something so simple and genuine.
At this point, shouldn’t we be mature enough to understand that intimacy doesn’t have to be rushed or one-dimensional? Kissing and making out can be incredibly special, and it doesn’t mean someone’s immature for liking it. If you feel the need to belittle people for enjoying that connection, maybe it’s time to take a step back and question who’s actually holding onto a high school mindset.
So yeah, maybe it’s time to grow up a bit respect that people enjoy different things without passing judgment. The world doesn’t need more narrow-minded takes on how people choose to connect. Anyone else feel like this mindset needs to go?
