My old practice when hit up on Grindr by someone Iām not attracted to is to respond with some variation of āSorry but Iām not interestedā.
As far as Iām concerned, this is respectful. Respectful of their TIME, more than anything, which to me is paramount.
However, Iāve reached my limit with people responding with some kind of slur/attack. At this point, Iām not responding. If you canāt process rejection like an adult, you donāt belong in any sexual/potentially sexual atmosphere.
