Would you be like "why is he wearing that" if you saw a fit guy at the gym wearing something like this with a tank? This is different than compression underwear and shorts over them. This is in reference to someone whose junk is not protruding out. I see some people wear it but its more those fratty bodybuilder gen z influencer types you see on social media
