I am a sissy who like to dress up into a sexy women for men but so far I have hold myself back o really enjoy sex with men as I am paranoid about STIs and do not want them.

I decided to go on prep but hard to find a clinic which can be just go in give blood and get prescriptions. Its way to complicated to involve insurance etc which I don’t want as I am discreet.

Even if I get in prep there are HSV etc. how can I protect myself and still enjoy this lifestyle.

I have had thoughts of rough sex and want it so bad but due to this fear I have gone on and off many times but I know I need this.
