Twink being used as a insult?

So i was scrolling through tiktok and I saw a video of a guy talking about how women have restored to calling men twink as insult
Now there was some other stuff he said in the video I disagree with i will make a separate post agaisnt later (sadly I can't find his video again)
I'm just curious do Twinks feel like the word is insulting do yall think yall handlers are trying to insult people with the word?
