I already intend to take things very slowly, thats how I like sex to be anyway so no worries there, but are there like special lubes for this kind of thing? Is rimming safe? Are hemorrhoids sensitive? Do I need to be extra extra careful to not cause pain? If I make him bleed, how best do we care for the wound? What soothes the pain best?
