So I (20 M) hooked up occasionally with this guy (23 M) and we ended up cuddling for hours and falling asleep together one day.

That was the first time I’ve cuddled and slept with a guy, and I think I kind of ended up with feelings for him too. Now he is in a relationship and we just send each other Instagram memes randomly, never a real convo. I feel as if it seems that I’m desperate for his attention and considering blocking him on socials. I don’t think it’s jealousy, I think it’s more of feeling like we don’t really have too much to talk about other the occasional meme, so I’m not sure why we really even talking to each other and considering he has a boyfriend now it could be seen as me trying to get his attention, or his boyfriend might find it suspicious.

TLDR; guy I used to hookup with has a boyfriend now, we’re still “friends” and just send each other the occasional meme. No real conversations. Is it weird to still be friends with him?
