Me and my boyfriend are pretty sexually active, but when we would like to do anal, and I sit on him, I sometimes get a bit carried away and end up taking his dick too fast, which ends up with me bleeding after sex down there. It is usually when we do it with lube, because I feel it slide in easier and quicker. Sometimes when we didn't have lube around, he put it in with spit, a bit slower, and I was completely fine after that.

The problem is, sometimes I get a bit anxious when I try to put it in, and that is when the problems are happening. Do you guys have any advice/opinions as to how to relax, or just how to put it in slower?
