How can I get over my reluctance to bottom?

I've done it in the past, a very long time ago, but I don't remember ever really enjoying it I know it can be enjoyable but now sure how I can get over my fear that it'll be a bad experience again. What do you suggest for me to get over my aversion? And how do I find a dude that is patient enough to take is slow?
