I understand male orgasms are usually very short but I swear there seems to be a culture of men playing with their dicks super roughly and then barely enjoying the orgasm. I also understand needing to get off but it’s feels more behavioral than that.

It’s like guys out here are just trying to nut and then 2 seconds into the nut they’re entirely done, ready to clean up. I don’t think this is a top vs bottom thing, and I also don’t mean this in a shaming way, more like an “are they ok/do they know?” kinda way.

I feel like my orgasms are closer to the female type expressive orgasms in comparison but it’s literally just me enjoying myself, like that’s the whole point of sex. It feels almost embarrassing when a guy has like a balloon pop or cannon explosion type orgasm and then I’m having more of an earthquake and factory settings reboot-restart experience. For me it’s anywhere between 15-30 seconds and then a minute or so afterward of coming down. I enjoy it a lot but with new partners it can be almost embarrassing, they’re going for a pop and I’m going for a boom kinda disconnect.

Some guys don’t even seem to do anything at all though, it just comes out and they seem to blink and be ready to clean up like it was just blowing their nose or something. It’s all so bizarre to me because it seems like a lot of effort for very little reward for these guys. Obviously there’s guys who aren’t actually feeling it and are just trying to have sex or who are over the sex but want to finish, but I’m not talking about that. There literally seems to be a large amount of men not having the same time length or depth of orgasm, pleasure. I know expression doesn’t always correlate to feeling but it certainly seems there’s a gap.

Have you experienced this in your experiences with other men, not with prostate orgasms, but just a gap between the way other guys orgasm for regular old orgasms? I feel like this is an element of growing older but I’m curious what you guys think or what you’ve experienced.
