Not getting any pleasure from topping?

I realized I’m not getting any pleasure from topping. But given it’s a necessity, how can I start to get pleasure from it? Not sure if I’m not comfortable but I have legit topped for like almost an hour and not been able to come and felt nothing.
Usually only can cum/ feel pleasure from bottoming but want to be able to from topping too.
