Twinks who like Twinks?

So I'm a fairly twinky geeky guy. I'm not very built and I'm vers. Im also 20. Why is it that none of the cute twinky guys my age reply on Grindr. Is it a thing where twinks just don't like other twinks? The guys my age seem so valid and flakey. The guys a few years older than me usually have an actual personality.
