Help about straight boss

Any advice on how to get my boss to cave? Where I milk cows, my boss is always wearing cut off shirts, or no shirt. His bulge is irresistible. I can’t help but watch him.. the last few years I’ve done it very privately and well yesterday I wasn’t so discreet. I was watching him dump feed for the cows & I was kind of rubbing myself. And saw him watching me. While doing so, he was flexing and kind of showing off in a way?? Idk. I know if I offered to “help” him out it wouldn’t be an absolute no. How do I bring it up? I’m going crazy..
