Are you supposed to no pull back for skin for an uncut dick? Are they always smelly?

I encountered an uncut dick and it was the second time it was repulsive, this is coming from someone who loves dick. Both smelled kind of like pee and the second one I tried to pull the skin back and the guy said it hurt and to suck it with the skin not pulled back. I was not going to do that so I left. I think this guy has some issue because the skin seemed to tight to pull far enough back. But I have mainly delt with cut dicks. Not sure what’s normal for uncut.
