Bottom raw last tuesday. Not pooping.

Ain’t this some shit lol. I always use condoms when I bottom. But decided to go raw with a guy that I trust last Tuesday. Well, since then I have realized my bowl movements have… changed, feels like I can’t poop. I don’t think I have an std but these symptoms do feel somewhat familiar. Fuck.. I think it may be ghonorria. However, if I take a normal stool tomorrow I’ll be alright.

Or is it common for your bowl movements to change after bottoming. He only topped me raw 5 minutes max.
