Booking airbnbs in ptown question

So I’m trying to book a Airbnb in ptown for summer. When I plug in ptown, I don’t really get any results in the ptown historic district (which I imagine is where ppl party and go out? Idk I’ve never been)
But for some reason a lot of my search results are not really anywhere near ptown? They’re like in Eastham and Orleans? Is that normal? Is that where most people stay and they Uber to the historic district when they go out to party or something?
