Hey y'all I'm 26, and noticed I'm not in the best shape. Honestly cause guys Ive talked to didn't really like what they saw. I am a little chunky and could definitely stand to lose some weight. I've had a lot of health issues the past couple years and haven't focused on looking the best mainly just healing. I also have a lot of anxiety surrounding the gym and don't have any gym friends to go with. Probably doesn't help when there's gym mocking videos online. Any advice for someone like me?

Update: I have bought a pair of 10lb dumbbells. And have found some easy workouts on YouTube that I'm gonna try out.
