Hey guys, I’m coming on here to ask for some advice not a medical diagnosis. For some context I’m 20 years old and I’m closeted bisexual. I’ve recently been having sex with men I’ve only lost my virginity a year ago and I’ve had 3 sexual partners who have always used protection. I’ve been bottoming so I’ve been prepping (god please don’t judge in this next part).

I went to the dollar general down the street and brought lube and I use a water bottle to clean out…

I don’t have the guts to buy a proper douche/enema kit.

Anyways about two-three months ago I was getting ready for an encounter and I had just finished cleaning out and decided to stick a finger or two to stretch it out a bit to lessen the pain upon insertion. About a q-tip’s length in myself I felt a pea-bean mass attached to my rectal wall. I didn’t think much of it. I was naive and thought it was like an internal hemorrhoid.

Here where the advice searching comes in, I’m a bit of a hypochondriac and my family diminishes my medical concerns. I swear I’m not crazy this time and I am 100% positive I have a mass in my rectum. I know I am an adult but how do I explain to my parents and or the doctor that I was fingering myself and discovered a mass and I should probably seek medical attention? Since this discovery of the mass I’ve been fine no other symptoms or anything passing stool was normal no pain or discomfort until last week. I’m bloated, constipated, abdominal pain since last Wednesday.

Idk help?
