Hello, i've yet to have a mm interaction but I have been taking steps to protect myself when I do. I have a Truvada script I plan on using on demand and I just got the first round of hep a/b and guardacil vaccines. I've also read about doxy-pep but don't have a script for that yet.

1. Should I try to get doxy-pep?
2. Im in an open relationship with my wife who is aware of all of this and is supportive, it's important to me not to spread stds to her or other consistent partners, if I do all of the above and require condoms for anal, am I safe to hook up with randoms on grindr, if not what are better alternatives?
