I went to a gay bar the other night. First time, I was extremely nervous and had no idea how to interact being my first time. Im not sure if I’m gay or bi or what but I went in with intentions, I just want to give a blowjob. I hung out for a while and eventually someone came up to me and we started talking, he bought me a beer and at the same time was feeling me up, ass cock chest everything. We talked for maybe 25-45 min and at one point I threw out a quick “hey do you want a blowjob?” He said I was being way too forward, at that point I had put it on the table for the first time. I freaked out and ran out the bar. I guess my question is… was I actually being too forward? He was groping me all over for a while.
Maybe next time invite them to the bathroom or another dark area (depending on bar setup). From there you guys could probably get a little more frisky and see what it leads to.
I do like gay bars to socialize but if my intention is to hook up/play i usually opt for a bathhouse or adult arcade. Again each one is different but the guys who go there are all there for the same reason. I prefer bathhouses because many have group play areas, saunas, etc and more importantly showers so hygiene is not an issue. The paywall also filters out some of weirdos you might get from cruising open/public areas (trails, bathrooms) or on apps.
Apps that are more conducive to cruising are sniffies (shows hookup location) and scruff (usually more detail on setup and general vibe of the place).
