Does anal douching causes diarrhea and stomach cramps?

Hey guys,
I have been experiencing really bad stomach cramp and diarrhea for the past couple of days and can’t source what causing this. Been experiencing this since Thursday night. Does anyone know if anal douching can cause diarrhea? I did douche on Wednesday night but I did make sure to clean and sanitize everything before doing so.
