Should I consider going on PEP?

Hello, GayBros. So a few hours ago I had unprotected oral with a guy I met off Grindr. He facefucked me and I started bleeding in the mouth without knowing and I swallowed his cum not knowing I was bleeding. I went into the bathroom after and saw then I was bleeding which panicked me a little. Another thing is before we met I had brushed my teeth not too long beforehand (hookup happened around 1:50 ish and I brushed my teeth at 12 something).

All in all I realized I fucked up swallowing his cum and I’m wondering if I should get on PEP asap. Also I’m still spitting out blood.
