2022 I TRIED to leave Dec 24 last year for 10 days in Dallas, Houston & Chicago train home. Blizzard cut it all off and was quite bummed. Still took off for Chicago (Dec 29 - Jan 2).

Rebooked this trip and did 8 days in February. I'm looking at doing another multi excusion same time frame but where!? I'd do TX again but is there better?

I spent about $2k overall and did visit a friend in TX. I bought the TX Citypasses and hit dozens of museums, aquariums and hot spots. Dallas was great for sites but Houston is where I got to party (and got laid).

Any plans you'd recommend doing multi-type vacationing? I prefer active trips and I looked at a cruise but not sure it's my thing, $$$ also.

I've been hitting Chicago a lot lately.
