I know the majority of bottoms want a top above average to monster size, but why is it so hard to find a top BELOW average size?

Technically, average size is 5 inches, but from personal experience, most guys tend to be 6.5 and up. Whenever I say I want below average size, I always get hit up by guys 6 , and they say they're small. Yeah, it's small if you're comparing to 8 , but I want less than 5. Whenever I DO find guys, they're usually TOO old, too fat or total bottoms that don't even want it looked at. Is there any specific websites, apps or dating services that I can find someone? I've tried all the usual apps and sites but no luck😭. Help!!!!!
