Are photos of the deceased absolutely necessary at a funeral? What if they had no recent photos before death ?
Post Body
I know this might sound stupid but I've noticed that in movies and TV shows the dead person always has some randomly recent photo that they use for the funeral and obituary. But I haven't taken a legitimate "wall appropriate" photo since I was 15 and I'm almost 21 (just using myself as an example). Are obituary photos necessary or can they be left out entirely ?
