I am quite the coffee addict and periodically go through weight fluctuations. Honestly speaking I have a problem eating when I'm bored, but I get it that's my thing. That being said, I'm getting more busy and I've been cooking healthier foods getting back into a good workout routine, but now I have this itching feeling that I should try cutting out coffee as well. What do you guys think? is this BS? I know Rule one of Fatlogic sub is CICO, but In general I am starting to wonder if I should cut out the coffee.
