I'm looking to develop a proper skincare routine for myself, in particular for my face. Normally I exfoliate about twice a week and afterwards apply moisturizer. I also tend to use moisturizer after just washing my face with water when I wake up and before I go to bed. I use a facial moisturizer with SPF in the morning, and another one at night. And that's pretty much my skincare routine.
I'd like to improve it though, as I feel like I may not be taking good enough care of my skin. I'd really want to avoid having damaged looking skin when I'm older, and being a bit more pale than the average Portuguese and living in a country where I'm exposed to sunlight a lot, I'm a little worried. I already feel like the skin on my forehead is looking a bit bad because I've burned it frequently in the past due to underestimating the sun, and I would love to rectify that.
So I'd like to ask what you guys do and how your routine's working out for you? If you have any products you'd like to recommend then please share! I'm hoping that because this is primarily a European sub that I'll get recommendations for products that I can actually acquire easily over here! :D
