Any quick-nap tricks?

I'm on speed and I need to go to work in 2h. Can anyone reccomend me some tips to feel more rested? Mostly when I'm faced with a situation like this, I eat a little, lay down, close my eyes and tell myself "You're not exhausted, you're well rested, you'll feel fresh soon" then Keep my eyes closed for about 20 minutes or until my alarm goes on, trying to empty my mind from any thoughts. It helps surprisingly much. I'm looking for some new practises to try, when actually sleep is not an option.
